Working closely with the Lead Health and Safety Business Partner, you’ll help shape and deliver robust safety management arrangements across multiple concurrent construction and maintenance activities on the Parliamentary Estate.This role offers the opportunity to influence safety culture at the heart of government, supporting stakeholders and supply chain partners in meeting their duties under CDM regulations. You’ll monitor compliance, provide expert advice, and contribute to audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborating with a wide network of teams, contractors, and senior offices, you’ll drive best practice, support training delivery, and contribute to incident investigations and strategic safety initiatives.
