Gray Talent is the talent management division of GrayX, representing a curated roster of world-class knowledge creators across photography, videography, adventure, tech, AI, business, and personal finance.

We’re hiring a Head of Talent to lead and scale a significant division of the business, owning the roster, the revenue, the team, and the strategy.

The role

This is a senior leadership position for someone who’s ready to run a division, not just manage a roster. You’ll lead a remote team of talent executives, brand partnership coordinators and talent campaign managers, build and grow brand relationships, develop creator careers, and be accountable for the commercial performance of the division. You’ll report directly to the founding team and have genuine influence over the direction of the business.

What you’ll own

• Full commercial ownership of the division, revenue targets, gross profit, and growth trajectory. You’ll know your numbers and be accountable for them.
• A team of talent professionals: setting priorities, maintaining standards, and building a culture rooted in pace, precision, and accountability.
• Oversight of the brand partnership pipeline across the roster, ensuring your team is prospecting, negotiating, delivering, and reporting to a consistently high standard, and stepping in personally where deals require senior commercial judgement.
• Roster health and creator retention, making sure every creator on the roster feels valued, developed, and commercially well-positioned, with clear career direction and consistent communication from your team.
• Brand and agency relationships, leading pitch meetings and representing Gray Talent with confidence and commercial sharpness.

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years in digital/influencer talent management with end-to-end brand partnership experience.
• Proven leadership experience: you’ve built, led, or coordinated a team and you understand that your team’s output is your output.
• Commercially sharp, you think in terms of pipeline, margin, and growth, not just deals.
• Strategic without being detached. You’ll create quarterly plans, but you’ll also know when your team is stuck, when a campaign is at risk, and when to step in with guidance before something becomes a problem.
• An exceptional communicator, confident leading a pitch meeting, giving feedback to your team, or navigating a difficult conversation.
• Self-directed and disciplined, this is a remote role leading a remote team. You set the pace.
• Deeply connected to the creator economy, you follow it closely and have opinions on where it’s going.

Hours & Compensation

• Base salary: £60,000
• Performance bonus: OTE up to £75,000, tied to division performance.
• Remote, UK-based.
