In this Head of People Delivery role, you will lead a great team in an organisation that genuinely values collaboration and puts people at the heart of decision‑making and strategic change. We’re proud of how we work together, and we’re looking for someone who will champion strong, reliable delivery – ensuring our HR services are consistent, effective and trusted.
Job Description
You will lead our People Operations (including Employee Relations, Payroll, and HR Services), Pay and Reward, and Health, Safety and Wellbeing portfolios. You don’t need to be a deep specialist in every area. What matters is that you bring broad HR experience, strong leadership credibility, and the ability to guide and empower the specialists you lead. This is a role about orchestrating excellent services, not owning technical detail – creating the conditions where your team can excel.
With its broad and influential remit, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR leader to consolidate their expertise and prepare for future Chief People Officer or HR Director roles. You’ll join us at a pivotal moment, helping shape the final year of our Strategic People Plan and building the foundations for our future people ambitions.
If you’d like to find out more or have any questions, please join the drop‑in session schedule 9.45-10.30am Wednesday 22nd April (link in the pack and below).
For full information on the role and assessment process please refer to the candidate pack attached.
