Head of Finance TransformationLocation: London (Hybrid – 1x Per Week)Reporting to: CFOPackage: £80,000 – £90,000 + BonusSector: HealthcareDN1112The OpportunityA c.£130m turnover, multi-site healthcare business is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation to lead the modernisation of its finance function. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving end-to-end transformation across systems, processes, and data to support the next phase of growth.You’ll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to implement best-in-class finance capabilities, leveraging technology, automation, and AI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.The RoleYou will define and execute the finance transformation strategy, leading major programmes across systems, process improvement, and digital enablement.Key responsibilities include:Developing and delivering the finance transformation roadmapLeading finance systems, ERP, automation, and AI initiativesDriving process optimisation and operational efficiency across financeManaging large-scale transformation programmes and projectsPartnering with finance leadership to enhance reporting, controls, and forecastingLeading change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoptionEstablishing KPIs and tracking transformation outcomes and value deliveryCollaborating with IT and external partners on digital finance initiativesCandidate ProfileACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedProven experience leading finance transformation programmesTrack record of implementing automation and AI within finance functionsStrong programme and project management capabilityCommercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skillsExperience within multi-site environments preferredRelevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) desirable
