You will manage the Admissions team, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture through clear direction, coaching and professional development, while maintaining the highest standards of service and delivery.
You will oversee the full admissions cycle, ensuring every stage reflects the values and ethos of the school by building strong relationships with prospective families, feeder schools and key stakeholders to enhance the school’s reputation and appeal. You will take ownership of our admissions policy and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with school values.
Working closely with colleagues from across the school, you will develop and deliver strategies to increase enquiries, applications and conversion rates, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for student recruitment at local, national and international levels. You will also lead the planning and delivery of recruitment and admissions events, including open days, taster sessions and assessment days.
