The Role

We’re looking for a high-agency operator who can sit at the intersection of client success, strategy, and business development.

This is a hands-on role – you’ll be as deep in execution as you are in client strategy.

You’ll be working to grow key accounts, unlock new opportunities, and execute complex, high-impact programs.

We want someone who is hungry, commercially sharp, and thrives in fast-moving environments, someone who doesn’t just manage clients, but actively grows them.

What You’ll Do

Client Success & Strategy

• Own revenue growth (GMV) across a portfolio of key brand partners across the UK/EU markets
• Develop and execute social commerce strategies that drive GMV and retention
• Act as a strategic advisor, not just a point of contact

Business Development

• Proactively identify and close new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
• Support outbound efforts and pitches where relevant
• Leverage industry relationships (especially within TikTok) to drive growth

Execution & Operations

• Own execution end-to-end – from strategy through campaigns, livestreams, and creator programs
• Work cross-functionally with creators, operations, and paid teams to deliver results
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard

Market Building 

• Play a key role in building Third’s presence in German-speaking markets
• Bring cultural and market understanding to strategy and execution
• Help define how Third shows up in the region (clients, creators, and platform relationships)

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years experience in client success, partnerships, e-commerce, or digital marketing
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong understanding of TikTok, social commerce, or creator economy
• Proven ability to manage clients AND drive revenue growth
• Highly organized with strong operational execution skills
• You operate with ownership – you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Strong commercial instinct – you think in terms of GMV, margin, and growth
