They are seeking a Grant Officer to lead fundraising efforts and secure grants from diverse funding sources to support operations and growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to join as Grant Officers, responsible for identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant applications, and building relationships with donors and funding institutions. The Grant Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial sustainability, strengthening credibility, and enabling the nonprofit to expand its social impact. Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Grant Applications

• Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from foundations, institutions, and government bodies.
• Draft, review, and submit compelling grant proposals and funding applications.

Donor & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with donors, grant-making institutions, and funding partners.
• Communicate organizational vision, progress, and impact to stakeholders.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all grant applications meet compliance and eligibility requirements.
• Support leadership in preparing reports for funders and stakeholders.

Strategic Support

• Provide input on fundraising strategies and long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate with leadership to align funding with organizational goals.

Desired Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or donor relations.
• Proven track record of securing grants or funding for nonprofit ventures.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, reporting, and donor engagement.
• Excellent communication, writing, and networking skills.
