The Role

• Lead the charge in new business generation by proactively identifying and reaching out to prospective B2B clients across the UK.
• Manage the full top-of-funnel sales cycle, including cold calling, lead qualification, and nurturing prospects through various outreach channels.
• Master the internal CRM system to maintain impeccable data integrity, track pipeline velocity, and report on key sales KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Business Development Managers to strategize account penetration and ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering compelling value propositions for a market-leading HR software solution.

What You’ll Need

• A recent University Degree (obtained within the last 2-3 years) with a strong desire to build a career in B2B Technology Sales.
• Exceptional communication skills and the natural “gift of the gab” required to build rapport with C-suite stakeholders and HR Directors.
• A target-driven mindset with a relentless work ethic and a clear motivation to hit uncapped commission structures.
• High level of coachability; you should be hungry for feedback and eager to utilize ongoing sales training and mentorship.
• Proficiency in digital tools and a quick learner when it comes to adopting new Sales Enablement and CRM software.
