On the marketing side, you’ll help design and execute growth campaigns that directly drive revenue.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build a rare combination of operational and commercial skills in a fast-growing startup.What You’ll Be DoingOperations & Delivery (50%)Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Kerbo Charge installations across the UKWork with councils, housebuilders, and private customers from planning through to completionAct as the operational link between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve and automate internal processesSupport on-site installs, including occasional hands-on work (full training provided)Travel nationally to support new installations and ensure quality standardsMarketing & Growth (50%)Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you will:Design and implement omnichannel B2C marketing campaigns, including:Paid socialAffiliate partnershipsReferral programmesExecute creative, “scrappy” growth tactics — e.g. direct outreach to car dealerships to build awarenessDesign and create video and still image content for marketing campaignsSupport campaign testing, iteration, and performance trackingHelp prepare for and attend tradeshows and events across the UKContribute ideas on how to grow brand awareness and customer acquisition efficientlyDevelopment & ProgressionThis role is built for rapid growth.You’ll gain hands-on experience across both operations and marketing, with direct mentorship from experienced leaders in each function.Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to specialise or continue building a hybrid skillset across both areas, with clear progression into leadership roles as the business scales.RequirementsGraduated from a Russell Group University with a minimum 2:1No prior full-time experience requiredDesirable (but not required)Marketing experience through personal projects, internships, or university workInterest in content creation (video, social, design, etc.)Interest in automating workflows using AI toolsEssential SkillsStrong written, verbal and numeracy skillsHighly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple workstreamsComfortable taking ownership and figuring things out independentlyWilling to get hands-onInterest in startups, operations, marketing, and clean technologyWillingness to travel across the UKBenefits£30k base salary with annual performance related pay rises and up to 20% bonus (linked to personal and company performance)Equity via EMI share option scheme25 days holiday plus free time off between Christmas and New Year.Full disclosure – this is not a 9 – 5 role.
