Graduate / Junior IT Support Engineer Full Time NEW

An established financial services firm is looking for a Junior Trade Floor Support Engineer to join its small in-house IT team due to continued growth. The role is based on-site in their London office (West End), supporting a fast-paced trading environment, with occasional travel to Paris. Flexibility may be available once completed training. The successful candidate will provide front-line IT support to brokers and internal staff, initially handling 1st line issues and developing into 1st–3rd line support and project work over time. You’ll work closely with experienced IT professionals who are committed to mentoring and long-term development. This role would suit a junior IT support professional or IT graduate with a strong interest in technology and financial services. A degree or formal IT qualification is nice to have but not essential; hands-on experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are key. Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and desktop support is expected, while exposure to trading environments / systems or French language skills would be advantageous.
