This role is perfect for a recent graduate with an interest in the renewable energy sector.
The Role
As a a Renewable Energy Graduate you’ll be the primary point of contact for commercial, SME, and industrial customers. You’ll manage queries, resolve issues, and support customers in optimising their electricity usage.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer Support and Issue Resolution
- Account Management
- Process Management
- Customer Education and Engagement
This is a dynamic, customer-facing role offering strong exposure to the UK energy market.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Recent graduate in an energy-related discipline
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of electricity supply or energy efficiency (a plus)
