Job Description
You will provide administrative and corporate support to the Assistant Director and Senior Business Partners. As well as being involved in a rich variety of project work, leading on your own sub-stream of activity within the team where appropriate.
You will support all governance activity that is carried out within the Business Partnering Team.
You will support the development of critical CCG and broader HMRC relationships and assist in updating the partner plan for TD to underpin the successful delivery of the Transformation Directorate portfolio.
You will support on exciting formative work including assisting in setting up the cross-HMRC partner management and horizon frameworks.
You will build and maintain close stakeholder relationships with key partners to identify and influence emerging change initiatives at the earliest possible stage.
You will support all Business Partnering governance boards, managing all aspects of templates, outputs and membership.
You will support input into our horizon scans and partner plans across the Department and work closely with senior Business Partners to ensure comprehensive and effective engagement in all the critical areas identified in our partner mapping and horizon scanning work.

Hybrid working at HMRC
