This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine hands-on delivery with global strategic influence, driving the tech talent strategy and scaling a high-performing team.You’ll have the autonomy to define and implement frameworks, processes, and programs while partnering with global Talent leadership to align hiring strategy and elevate our employer brand.We’re on a mission to become the global leader in digital healthcare, and this role is central to building the teams that will get us there.What You’ll DoTechnical Hiring & Team LeadershipDrive hiring strategies across multiple technical disciplines, applying tailored approaches for each function while ensuring consistency and scalability.
