Generalist Adviser – Caerphilly Contact Centre

We have an exciting opportunity to join an established team within our Caerphilly Contact Centre.

We are looking to recruit highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our Generalist Adviser Team. In this role, you will provide telephone-based advice, information and guidance to clients across Wales, helping them navigate a wide range of issues.

As a Generalist Adviser, you will need excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to sensitively explore and understand the root cause of a client’s situation. No prior advice experience is required — we will provide full training and support to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a qualified adviser.

Location & Working Arrangements
This role will be fully office-based during the probation period, with the opportunity for hybrid working once competency in the role has been demonstrated.

Interviews will take place at the Contact Centre.

Hours & Salary

• Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
• Salary: £28,356 per annum

Working Pattern
Our service operates:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm
• Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Monthly working pattern:

• 1 week: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• 1 week: 11:00am – 7:00pm
• 2 weeks: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• 1 Saturday per month
