General Labourer Full Time

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in construction, landscaping, and maintenance work. Prior experience in horticulture, gardening, or mechanical work is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right applicant. Duties

Laying slabs, laying edgings, block & beam concrete floors, acos.

• Operating hand tools, power tools, and irrigation equipment to support site development and upkeep
• Using mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment
• Supporting construction activities by preparing sites, moving materials, and assisting with assembly tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas to promote safety and efficiency
• Assisting with the installation and repair of irrigation systems as required
• Supporting team members with various labour-intensive tasks across different projects

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures is desirable
• Mechanical knowledge or experience operating machinery such as excavators is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects safely
• Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
• A positive approach to teamwork and safety compliance is essential
