Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients for a Front of House Supervisor to lead guest-facing operations in a busy hotel environment. This role is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting front office operations, and leading the team during shifts.

You will act as a key hospitality leader on shift, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, maintaining service standards, and supporting a welcoming and efficient front office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Front of House team during assigned shifts
• Deliver outstanding guest service from arrival through to departure
• Ensure front office standards and procedures are consistently followed
• Support and deliver team training and on-the-job coaching
• Handle guest interactions and ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain smooth daily operations under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Create a welcoming and professional reception environment
• Support operational efficiency within Rooms Division functions
• Assist in maintaining service quality and brand standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in front office, reception, or hotel operations (Rooms Division preferred)
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Calm and organised under pressure
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
• Opera PMS experience is an advantage (training provided if not experienced)
• Flexibility to work shifts in a 7-day operational environment
