Job Title: Front Desk Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Front Desk Representative to manage our reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry protocols
• Coordinate meeting schedules and assist in conference room bookings
• Handle courier, dispatch, and mail management
• Support administrative tasks and coordinate with internal departments
• Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in front desk / reception role
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi )
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools
