This role sits at the core of our content engine, responsible for producing and scaling high-performing video assets across organic and paid UA.This is a production-first role. You will own the full creative cycle end to end: from hypotheses and scripting to testing, iteration, and scaling. Working closely with creators, editors, and UA, you’ll ensure a constant flow of assets that drive installs.Your focus is turning insights into high-volume production, rigorously testing creatives, and scaling winning concepts through structured iteration. The goal is to build a repeatable system that consistently produces top-performing creatives.You’ll be responsible for:Developing and prioritising creative concepts based on performance signals and market insightsTranslating insights into scripts and creative briefsLeading UGC video production across creators, influencers, and editors to deliver consistent outputPartnering with UA to test creatives and evaluate performanceIdentifying winning concepts and scaling them through structured iterationContinuously improving creative output based on results and platform dynamicsYour ExperienceMust-have:2+ years in UGC production or performance creativeStrong experience with TikTok and short-form video productionSolid understanding of creative testing and iteration at scaleExperience working with creators, influencers, or UGC pipelinesAbility to produce high volumes of content without compromising qualityAbility to translate insights into scripts and clear creative briefsHigh ownership mindset with ability to operate at speed and scale outputFluent English with proven experience creating content for US audiencesExperience managing creative production resources, including budgeting and allocationExperience working collaboratively with motion designers and video editorsWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent pipeline of high-quality UGC video assets delivered at speed and volumeClear system for testing and iterating creatives, with fast turnaround cyclesRegular identification and scaling of winning concepts across TikTok and SnapchatIncreased contribution of UGC creatives to paid UA performanceMeasurable improvements in key metrics such as CPI and ROAS driven by creative outputHow We WorkWe’re a mission-led, product-driven team.
