Freelance -Sales & Marketing Full Time

This role is a freelance job for Recruitment agencies’ business development activities, and remuneration is commission-based on the revenue generated.

Advenxa is a UK-based recruitment and talent acquisition consultancy serving clients across

Technology, Healthcare, Engineering, and Professional Services. We operate a freelance-first model, building our business through a network of independent professionals who work autonomously and earn directly on the value they create.

Our BD professionals are the commercial engine of the Advenxa network. They originate new client

relationships, generate the job briefs that feed our recruitment pipeline, and earn competitive

commission on every deal they open and close. We back them with proven systems, brand support, a

strong service proposition, and a collaborative team environment — and we get out of the way so they

can sell.

Role Description

We are looking for commercially driven, self-motivated freelance sales and business development professionals to join the Advenxa network. Your role is straightforward: identify companies that need to hire, build relationships with the decision-makers who control those briefs, and convert them into Advenxa clients.

This is not an account management role. We are looking for people who enjoy the hunt — prospecting, outreach, discovery, negotiation, and closing. If you are a strong closer with a network in one of our target sectors, or with a proven track record in recruitment BD or B2B sales, this role offers significant earning potential with complete autonomy over how you work.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Proficiency in Sales operations, including lead generation and client acquisition
• Experience in Training and developing sales teams to achieve performance targets
• Knowledge and expertise in Sales Management for ensuring effective sales strategies and processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
