AFSSA™ (Annual Floor Safety Standard Assurance) is an independent floor safety assessment framework currently being introduced within commercial environments across the South Coast.
The framework has been developed to support businesses with a more structured approach to identifying and documenting risks associated with flooring condition, including slip hazards, trip hazards, hygiene concerns and floor integrity issues.
AFSSA™ is focused on practical, condition-led assessments designed to support due diligence, long-term maintenance planning and early intervention before issues escalate into larger safety or replacement problems.

• Hospitality & Public Spaces
AFSSA™ is currently in its pilot phase and continuing to expand its professional network, assessment structure and commercial reach.
Role Description
This is a remote, freelance contract opportunity for a Business Development Partner supporting the early growth of AFSSA™.
The role is focused on introducing the framework to relevant businesses and organisations, generating conversations with decision makers and helping arrange qualified introductory meetings.
Typical activities may include:
• LinkedIn outreach
• Business introductions
• Contacting facilities or operations teams
• Building relationships within target sectors
• Helping introduce the AFSSA™ framework to relevant organisations
This role is best suited to someone confident communicating with businesses and comfortable working independently.
Experience within facilities management, property, commercial services, housing, healthcare or education sectors would be beneficial, although not essential.
This is a flexible commission-based opportunity with long-term potential as AFSSA™ continues development and rollout.

• Confident communication and people skills
• Comfortable speaking with businesses and decision makers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience in outreach, networking, sales or business development is beneficial
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email and phone communication
• Organised and professional approach to follow-ups and relationship building
• Experience within facilities management, property, housing, healthcare, education or commercial sectors is advantageous but not essential
• Interest in helping support the growth of an emerging commercial framework
