FP&A Associate Full Time NEW

A leading financial services organisation are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven FP&A Associate to join their dynamic finance team.

This role will play a key part in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and helping to shape the financial direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis to support business performance and strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities and risks
• Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to provide actionable insights
• Develop and enhance reporting dashboards using Power BI to improve visibility and decision-making
• Leverage NetSuite to extract, analyse, and interpret financial data
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and tools
• Support ad hoc analysis and projects as required in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements

• Experience in an FP&A or similar analytical finance role within a financial services organisation
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite and Power BI
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Commercially astute with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a high-growth, evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs

Desirable Skills

• Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Ideally 1-3 years post qualified experience
• Experience in a high-growth or technology-enabled environment
• Familiarity with data visualisation best practices and automation tools
