Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Epping for a Food Service Manager. The Food Service Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and upholding quality standards. Responsibilities include managing food preparation, ensuring food safety compliance, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining inventory, scheduling, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service Operations and management
• Knowledge and skills in Food Preparation and adherence to Food Safety standards
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and provide an excellent guest experience
• Leadership and team management skills to oversee staff effectively
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a similar position is preferred
• A food safety certification or ability to obtain one is advantageous
