Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 21 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or retail, is required, while international aviation experience is advantageous. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Applicants must meet the minimum height requirement of 158 cm and adhere to flydubai’s grooming standards, which include no visible tattoos while in uniform. Good health and the ability to pass an aero medical examination are necessary, along with confidence in water when using a flotation aid or life jacket. Candidates must be willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts, and should demonstrate enthusiasm, proactivity, and a passion for excellent service. A respectful and adaptable attitude, the ability to work in a multicultural team environment, a safety-conscious mindset, and the capability to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies are crucial. Additionally, applicants must possess a valid passport and be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

The compensation package includes a basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance totaling approximately USD 2,252 per month, along with variable flying pay averaging USD 1,200 monthly based on 90 flying hours. Additional benefits include medical insurance, an end-of-service benefit, 30 days of paid annual leave, an annual leave ticket, and concessional tickets for family and friends.
