As a Medical Secretary – Oncology, you’ll take ownership of a busy Consultant practice, working with a high level of autonomy and professionalism. Your day will involve managing clinics, coordinating patient journeys and handling sensitive clinical and financial information with care and accuracy. You’ll balance competing priorities, anticipate what’s needed next and act as a trusted point of contact for patients, Consultants and colleagues across the hospital. Typically, the role involves three days on site once established, with flexibility around clinic days, and full on‑site support during probation to help you settle in with confidence.
Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. It’s this guiding vision that influences everything we do at HCA UK. From the CEO to the colleagues on the floor we all have a part to play in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Other’s may think this is just a role in Medical Secretarial services, but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.
