You will be passionate about leisure and encourage healthy activity and help reduce health inequalities in the borough.Reporting to the Centre Fitness Manager, the successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will – Ensure the smooth day to day operations within the gym. Maintain vigilant supervision of the gym users ensuring their safety at all times. Complete all cleaning and maintenance schedules, ensuring faults are reported immediately. Conduct 1-2-1 Gym Appointments. Offer training plans to include screening of customers, fitness assessments and prescribing lifestyle changes, dietary considerations and health and fitness development plans. Deliver consistent excellent customer service and provide a professional, efficient and cheerful presence at all times.About YouWhat We’re Looking For Minimum level 2 Fitness Qualification. Hold a CIMSPA or REPs accredited Level 3 qualification Experience working in a customer-facing environment, providing the highest levels of customer care.
