IFA Administrator
We’re working with a well-established financial planning firm who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
- Preparing valuations, review packs and client documentation
- Managing Letters of Authority and liaising with providers
- Supporting advisers with pre- and post-meeting administration
- Handling client queries and ongoing servicing requests
- Maintaining accurate client records on back-office systems
- Processing fund switches, withdrawals and policy updates
- Supporting adviser meetings and annual review processes
We’re looking for someone with experience in an IFA or financial planning environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload.
