THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of day-to-day financial operations, ensuring all transactional processes run smoothly and accurately. This role is a perfect step-up for someone ready to manage:

• Transactional Excellence: Manage all activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, and expenses.
• Month-End Mastery: Take responsibility for the integrity and timely delivery of month-end processes and management accounts.
• Data Integrity: Reconcile Management Information data between bank accounts and internal systems.
• Insurance Operations: Manage monthly insurance bordereaux processes and ensure accurate calculations for providers and insurers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for finance queries, liaising with suppliers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience: 2–4 years of previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency using Xero (or equivalent) and strong Excel skills.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Communication: Confidence in communicating with a range of stakeholders.
• Bonus Points: Experience within the Insurance industry or handling payroll.
