The Role

• Entry-level finance position with significant responsibility and growth potential

• Involves more than basic bookkeeping—expect to analyze, flag patterns, and improve processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process expense reimbursements efficiently and accurately
• Scrutinize vendors, expenses, and internal processes to prevent wasteful spending
• Maintain bookkeeping as a baseline, with an expectation to identify and flag unusual patterns
• Conduct ad-hoc finance research and work closely with the team
• Make direct calls to vendors and push back when necessary to protect company interests
