Job Descriptions :

1. Prepare invoices and tax invoices

2. Manage Account Receivable and Conduct collection Follow-ups

3. Input Account Payable and process vendor payments

4. Prepare basic financial reports for the Manager

5. Handle financial administration and document filling

Requirement :

1. Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2. 1-2 years of experience in related field

3. Understanding of AR/AP processes, invoicing, and basic taxation ( VAT )

4. Detail – oriented with strong administrative skills.

5. Able to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
