This is an exciting opportunity to join the Facilities Management team working within the Workplace Delivery service. The position will involve contributing towards the general maintenance and cleanliness of buildings alongside logistical movements across the estate.
You will be highly motivated and organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload when dealing with reactive issues. Multiple applications, systems and associated software packages will be used daily, therefore ICT skills are desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
You must be available to work shift patterns within our core hours of 06:00 and 18:00.
The Facilities Assistant Level 3 role holder will contribute towards the goals of the team through the provision of high quality and responsive Facilities Management. We are looking for a candidate that can provide a flexible, seamless, customer focused service whilst undertaking a variety of tasks to a high quality standard.
