Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Fabricator/Welder located in Todmorden. The role involves fabricating and welding equipment to high standards, ensuring precision and durability in the finished product. Responsibilities include assembling and repairing machinery, performing quality checks, and utilizing a variety of welding techniques. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with team members to meet production deadlines. From time to time work away will be required,

Qualifications

• Proficiency in welding techniques such as TIG, and MIG welding, with attention to detail and safety.
• Experience in fabrication, including measuring, and cutting materials to specifications.
• Strong mechanical skills for assembling and repairing machinery and working with various tools and equipment.
• The ability to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Teamwork and effective communication skills to collaborate efficiently with colleagues and also the anility to work under own initiative.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or food machinery industry is advantageous but not essential
