Experiential Producer (Luxury & Cultural Projects) London Full Time

Our client, a globally recognised creative studio operating at the intersection of luxury, culture, and brand experience, is seeking an experienced Producer to join their London team.

This role will play a key part in delivering a high-profile cultural and art-led project, supporting the translation of strategic and creative concepts into flawlessly executed environments. Working closely with clients, creative teams, and senior production leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production elements are delivered with precision, structure, and a strong attention to detail.

The position sits at the heart of the project lifecycle, from early-stage planning through to on-site execution, requiring both operational rigour and a sensitivity to design and creative intent. You will contribute to the delivery of complex, design-led environments within an international and highly collaborative setting.

Key responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end production of gallery spaces, general environments, and special projects within a large-scale cultural platform. You will develop and manage detailed timelines, scopes of work, and cost tracking, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed parameters.

You will coordinate across fabrication, technical production, sourcing, and logistics, working closely with suppliers and production partners to ensure feasibility and quality. A core part of the role will involve leading on-site production and installation, maintaining oversight of delivery standards and ensuring a seamless execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders, including galleries, partners, and internal teams, while maintaining clear and confident communication with clients, presenting updates and project documentation as required.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in delivering experiential, cultural, or design-led projects, with strong financial awareness and experience supporting budget management. A solid understanding of fabrication, materials, logistics, and build processes is essential, alongside exceptional organisational and leadership capabilities.

The ideal profile will be comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments, working across international teams, and maintaining a refined aesthetic sensibility with a strong awareness of contemporary visual culture.
