About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the CEO’s Office will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support to the CEO and their household, ensuring seamless efficiency across business and personal workflows. This role involves managing complex calendars, travel logistics, documentation, communication, and stakeholder interactions with discretion and precision.
The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proactive follow-through on tasks and commitments, and the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners. This position is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, upholds high standards of confidentiality, and delivers consistently high-quality work.
