Weâre looking for someone highly proactive, emotionally intelligent, solutions-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.The Role:You will act as a true extension of the CEO, protecting their time, focus, and energy while ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly across both business and personal support.Responsibilities: Complex diary and inbox managementCoordinating business and personal travelManaging scheduling, priorities, meetings, and follow-upsActing as a key point of contact between the CEO, leadership team, and external stakeholdersAnticipating needs and solving problems proactivelySupporting with personal administration and lifestyle coordinationCreating structure, calm, and clarity within a fast-moving environmentImproving processes and ensuring operational efficiency around the CEORequirements:Minimum 5 yearsâ experience supporting a Founder or CEO within a fast-paced businessExperience within entrepreneurial or founder-led environments is essentialHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailEmotionally mature, resilient, and highly discreetStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsNaturally proactive with a âfigure it outâ mentalityComfortable operating independently without constant directionFull UK driving licence and own vehicle – nice to have.
