Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Events & Floor Manager at Kapara Group, located in Soho. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality. The role also involves mentoring team members, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring the seamless execution of dining and event experiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and engage with guests.
• Experience in operations management and the ability to oversee the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
• Capability in training and supporting team members to enhance overall performance and skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or restaurant management preferred.
• A passion for delivering exceptional food and dining experiences is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and flexible shifts as required by the role.
