Event Steward Vacancies (Part Time/Full Time)

We are looking for Event Stewards to assist with some of our more high profile events, such as Outdoor Events , Marathons , Celebration Nights , Festivals , Concerts etc.

We are currently hiring Event Stewards all over London.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Over 18 years old.

Skills & Experience:

• Great customer service skills.
• Friendly, approachable and confident engaging with the public.
• Good awareness of security risks and threats present at events and festivals.
• Confidence working in busy, high-energy environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to spot and record issues.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
• Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
• Crowd management – foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
• Deliver approachable customer service and support.
• Monitor and report any suspicious behaviour.
• Egress control.
• Reporting and recording details of irregularities, incidents, searches and patrols.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
