Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Shrewsbury. As an Employment Officer, you will support individuals in achieving employment goals by providing career counseling and training opportunities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and delivering training programs, assisting individuals in identifying career pathways, and offering excellent customer service to both clients and stakeholders. You will also work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to enhance employment opportunities for the community.
