Job Type: Full time, 35 hours per week, permanent
Two exciting, new positions have arisen at City of Liverpool College to co-ordinate the process of reviewing and maintaining Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). This will include being the lead named person from the College with regards to receiving and requesting Education, Health and Care Plans from local authorities, and to monitor and review annually. The post holder will assist the Head of Learning Support and their deputy in arranging transition for learners with an EHCP. They will be responsible for identifying students who require High Needs Funding and liaising with the High Needs Funding Officer for applications for funding, as well as working alongside our Learning Support managers to identify in-class support needs.Responsible to: Deputy Head of Learning Support
