EIG Living is a growing UK-based lifestyle brand specialising in Himalayan salt lamps and wellness products. As we expand our ecommerce operations, we are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Growth Manager to lead the scaling of our Amazon marketplace and support expansion across additional online sales channels in the UK and international markets.

Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Growth Manager with hands-on experience managing major ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of Amazon Seller Central operations and play a key role in driving revenue growth through listing optimisation, performance marketing, and data-driven marketplace strategy.

This role is central to scaling our ecommerce presence and improving visibility, conversion, and overall sales performance across multiple platforms.

Requirement:

• 3-5 years experience in ecommerce or marketplace management
• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
• Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, SEO, and marketplace optimisation strategies
• Experience with ecommerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and customer data
• Experience working across multi-channel ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience in scaling ecommerce brands from early stage to growth stage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central account (UK and international marketplaces)
• Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies across Amazon and other online marketplaces
• Create, update, and optimise product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content)
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings
• Plan, manage, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and sales, and implement improvements
• Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and stock coordination
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve account performance issues
• Analyse competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Take ownership of overall marketplace performance and contribute to ecommerce commercial strategy and revenue growth targets.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to improve creatives, branding, and product presentation

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with UK and international Amazon marketplaces
• Background in ecommerce, digital marketing, or business management
• Experience working with growing or startup ecommerce brands
