Responsibilities: –
Executive & Leadership Support
Proactive and complex diary management for members of the Leadership Team, ensuring effective use of time and smooth coordination of internal and external commitments.
Acting as a key point of contact and gatekeeper for senior leaders, managing emails, calls and correspondence, and taking appropriate action where required.
Ensuring senior leaders are fully briefed and prepared for meetings, engagements and events, including the preparation of agendas, briefing notes, presentations and correspondence.
Managing confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Travel & Logistics
Coordinating all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transport and itineraries.
Managing changes efficiently and ensuring all logistics run seamlessly.
Meetings, Communications & Events
Supporting internal and external communications on behalf of the Leadership Team.
Assisting with the planning and organisation of corporate events, off-sites and large meetings.
Business & Operational Support
Providing high-quality business support to the wider Leadership Team as required.
Supporting the Operations Director in defining, improving and operating standard processes and systems.
Contributing to continuous improvement of administrative procedures and ways of working across the business.
General Administration & Office Support
Providing general administrative support across the business as required.
Supporting reception, telephone management and office administration.

Professional requirements: –
3-5+ years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
Proven ability to manage complex diaries and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional correspondence.
Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
