This is a great opportunity for a talented EA with previous experience supporting a CFO/ finance department.
You will be responsible for providing professional and confidential administrative support to the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in their role as a Board Director and as Company Secretary. There is also an Office Manager element to the role which is based in stunning offices in central London.
You should be comfortable working with senior people in a professional and organised manner, providing support and input as required to contribute to the smooth running of the Chief Financial Officer’s offices. You will also be involved in organising associated meetings, including the Audit & Risk Committee, the Finance Committee, and various regulatory obligations.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance, be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. There is also the opportunity for project work, should this be of interest.
