E‑Billing Senior – Global Finance Team

A highly regarded global finance operation is seeking an experienced E‑Billing Senior to join their established billing function based in Glasgow city centre. The Role
Reporting into the Billing Leadership team, the E‑Billing Senior will take ownership of end‑to‑end electronic billing activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across a diverse client base. You will play a key role in supporting wider Order to Cash processes and act as a subject-matter expert within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end E‑Billing process, including portal submissions and consolidated invoicing
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing in line with client requirements and SLAs
- Monitoring billing controls to maintain a high level of data integrity and compliance
- Supporting account set‑ups and master data maintenance
- Acting as a senior point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients
- Providing reporting and insight to billing and finance leadership
- Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives across billing operations
- Collaborating closely with Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations teams
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in an E‑Billing / Billing Senior role within a finance or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of billing processes and fundamental accounting principles
- Experience working with E‑Billing platforms, customer portals, and ERP systems (SAP knowledge advantageous)
- Advanced Excel skills (including PivotTables, lookups, and formulas)
- High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
