Key Responsibilities
Delivery Duties
- Load and check goods onto the delivery van, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Safely deliver products to customers, placing items in designated areas when required.
- Represent Berwick Care professionally with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Collect returns and process them according to company procedures.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
- Report any vehicle or delivery issues promptly to management.
Warehouse Duties
- Assist with unloading vehicles and checking goods upon arrival.
- Record and store items accurately in the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch to meet customer deadlines.
- Label and assemble products as required.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised work environment.
- Support other warehouse team members as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Friendly and professional customer service approach.
