About The Role
This role is part of our Global Marketing team in International Education. You will provide proactive, confidential and well‑organised administrative and coordination support to the Director, Global Marketing and senior leadership team.

This position is a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.
About You
To do this role well, it’s essential that have strong organisational skills and can manage diaries, meetings, and competing priorities. You’ll need very good written communication skills and pay attention to detail when working with templates and guidance.
You’ll be proficient in common office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and be comfortable using tools to track actions, book travel and manage meeting logistics. You’ll have significant experience in an administrative or personal assistant role supporting senior colleagues, and experience working in a complex, fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive and well organised, you’ll be able to plan ahead, professional and confident in working with others. You’ll be flexible and resilient, so you can reprioritise work and remain effective when there’s a lot happening. This role gives the opportunity to work with colleagues in different countries and time zones, so you’ll be collaborative and approachable so you can build strong relationships with them.
