You’ll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with UK Sales to drive pipeline, expand Auror’s brand in the retail and law enforcement community, and make things happen without waiting for someone else to hand you a playbook.The best version of this person thinks like a CMO and executes like a meticulous project manager. They’re as comfortable presenting a regional strategy to the leadership team as they are on-site at a tradeshow, making sure everything runs perfectly.ResponsibilitiesUK Marketing Strategy Set the regional marketing strategy in alignment with Auror’s global direction and the UK regional leaders. You’ll own the priorities, manage the regional calendar, and make smart calls about where to invest time and budget, then execute against the plan yourself.Pipeline Contribution Work in close partnership with UK Sales to drive qualified pipeline. You’ll design and run the campaigns and programs that generate demand and move opportunities forward, directly alongside the teams who own the number.Events Own the UK events program from strategy through to on-the-ground execution. You’ll work with sales to select the right conferences and tradeshows, manage external suppliers and agencies where needed, and get hands-on when it counts. Auror’s presence at every event reflects directly on you.UK Marketing Campaigns Build and run UK-specific campaigns in close coordination with the global demand generation team and global campaign manager. You’ll localise intelligently, push back when global doesn’t fit the UK context, and ensure every campaign is earning its place in the pipeline.Brand and Market Presence Build upon Auror’s reputation as the category leader in UK & EU retail crime intelligence. You’ll protect brand standards across every touchpoint and actively build our presence in the markets that matter, both retail and law enforcement.Sales, CS and Comms Partnership Be the go-to marketing partner for UK Sales and Communications. That means showing up in their world, understanding what’s blocking the pipeline, and building programs that directly move the needle for them.This role reports to Heather Gadonniex, CMOI’ve spent the last two decades helping growth-stage companies find their focus, align their teams, and build go-to-market systems that scale without losing their magic. I’m an operator and builder by nature, and I love co-creating clarity with teams and setting a high bar for performance and purpose.I’m passionate about helping marketing teams become market makers and revenue engines, not just service departments. I’m also a big believer in unifying cross-functional teams around a common vision and operating cadence, maintaining collaboration and strengthening culture as we grow. At Auror, I’m excited to recruit team members that thrive in collaborative environments and want to play a critical role in shaping our next chapter of our growth.Outside of work, I spend my time on our intergenerational family vineyard wrangling two boys, enjoy a slow-food meal paired with good wine and good people, and attempting to get my daily dose of mindfulness and exercise through yoga and pilates.RequirementsAbout you7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a track record in both strategic planning and hands-on project management execution. Proven ability to own a regional marketing strategy — and then go and deliver it yourself. Strong commercial instinct and genuine comfort partnering with Sales on pipeline goals. Experience running events end-to-end: strategy, logistics, on-site execution, and supplier management. Ability to operate within a global marketing function while advocating clearly for what the UK market needs. An excellent communicator who brings stakeholders along, works well async across time zones, and makes complex things simple. B2B SaaS experience is essential. Willingness to travel domestically (up to 10%) and internationally (up to 5%). Ability to work a hybrid schedule from our London office 2 – 3 days weekly. Annual bonus: Eligibility for a £6,188 bonus at the end of the financial year if we’ve hit our revenue goals together.
