Role Description The Director Corporate Finance (Contract) will lead and execute corporate finance initiatives that support clients’ M&A and value creation strategies in a remote working environment. This role includes overseeing financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence to inform strategic decisions and deal structures. The director will collaborate with client leadership teams to develop business plans, assess capital needs, and evaluate investment opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, preparing budgets and forecasts, creating executive-ready presentations, and coordinating with legal, tax, and other advisors. The role also involves mentoring team members, establishing best practices in financial analysis, and ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Corporate Finance skills, including valuation, financial modeling, and capital structure analysis.
• Proficient Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data, assess risk, and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in Business Planning, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic planning for growth and M&A.
• Solid Accounting and Budgeting skills, with a strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and cost control.
• Proven experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or transaction advisory at a senior level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment and manage multiple engagements.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
