The Ops team drives discovery, evolution and delivery for different projects ensuring a documented and consistent approach to improvement that support business teams and has client impact.Role Summary and ImpactAs a Director of Client Transformation, you are a vital contributor to the team responsible for bridging strategic vision with operational execution and fostering deep client partnerships. This role focuses on facilitating seamless operational flow with agency partners and actively assisting in the execution of client transformation initiatives.You will play a key role in the operational success of our agency ecosystem, supporting the VP in managing engagement touchpoints for client and agency leadership. There are 3 key areas this work falls into. 1) Coordinating and then subsequently executing onboarding/offboarding processes, proactively addressing client and operational issues by collaborating with internal teams, and supporting the integration of critical tools like Open within client-specific workflows. The role is a lynch pin to support client leaders with these times of big change and act as central hub to track and drive the work, escalate issues and find information that allows them to be solved. This work will be done in collaboration with the VP for larger projects and fully owned by the AD on smaller clients. On occasions this role will represent how we approach this work in pitch scenarios. Trouble shooting client issues and challenges outside the day to day. The Ad will be asked to interrogate why issues are occurring, find the baseline information to diagnose them and run and feedback in workshops to allow teams to collaborate on solutions. These come in a wide range of areas from identifying skills gaps on accounts, operating model issues or reviewing technology capabilities. Client Transformation Initiatives. The AD role will actively support and contribute to client transformation efforts. Working closely with the VP, you will assist in identifying opportunities for deeper partnership, gathering insights from QBR feedback and client action planning sessions. You will support components of the transformation workshop process, capturing output and documentation and assisting in the handover of robust plans to client teams. Your impact will be in ensuring operational efficiency that strengthens client relationships, while also contributing to and executing strategic transformations that unlock new value for clients.Skills and ExperienceEssential Experience:Experience in client-facing roles within media agenciesExperience of operational projects around process, products or structural changes.Proven success in contributing to and managing key workstreams.Familiarity with change management methodologies and experience navigating complex organisational structuresExperience in client communication, deck narratives and landing operational narratives.Stakeholder management both internally and externallyAbility to maintain standards and process throughout a project lifecycleStrong project coordination or business analysis skills are essential.Key Skills:Change Catalyst: Ability to analyse client landscapes, identify contributing factors, and assist in designing effective solutions that align with strategic goals, focusing on addressing root causes.Client Acumen & Relationship Management: A strong ability to build trust and effectively manage relationships with mid-to-senior level client stakeholders and agency partners, acting as a reliable point of contactCollaboration: An inspiring team player who can effectively coordinate internal and external teams, foster collaboration, and drive accountability for specific project deliverables under the VP’s guidance.Effective Communicator: Possess strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
