growing food manufacturing and retail SME is looking for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Support Officer to help promote the company’s products, brand, and online presence. The role involves supporting social media management, digital campaigns, website and e-commerce updates, content creation, customer engagement, and marketing administration to help drive sales growth across retail and online channels.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales, production, and management teams to support marketing activities, product launches, promotions, and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support social media content creation and scheduling
• Assist with website and e-commerce updates
• Help manage digital advertising and email marketing campaigns
• Create promotional materials, product content, and basic graphics
• Monitor customer engagement and online reviews
• Support product launches and retail promotions
• Assist with market research and competitor analysis
• Maintain marketing databases and campaign reports

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths
• Qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or retail marketing is desirable
• Knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, and Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital advertising
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Interest in food manufacturing, retail, and consumer brands is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: £24,583.00-£30,000.00 per year
