Digital Marketing & Community Manager Full Time NEW

Varietea Ltd. is developing a new tea and ready-to-drink beverage brand!

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and culturally aware Digital Marketing & Community Manager to help bring the brand to life across social media, content, community, influencer relationships and launch storytelling.

You will manage day-to-day marketing activity, shape the brand’s digital presence, support the creative concept for our soft launch, and help build a relevant community around the brand.

As part of a small team, you will be the key person driving marketing activity day to day. The role has strong growth potential as the brand develops, including the opportunity to shape the future marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the brand’s social media presence, especially Instagram.

Create, schedule and publish engaging content aligned with the brand tone, visual direction and product positioning.

Develop content ideas around tea, ready-to-drink beverages, functional ingredients, launch preparation, behind-the-scenes moments and product education.

Support the creative concept and execution of the soft launch party.

Coordinate influencer outreach, guest communication, gifting and post-event follow-up.

Help build a relevant community of early supporters, creators, wellness voices, food and drink personalities, lifestyle editors and brand friends.

Write copy for captions, launch materials, email snippets, event cards and product storytelling.

Work with brand, design, photography, video, web and paid media partners where required.

Track basic content and digital performance, identifying what is resonating and where there are opportunities to improve.

Support website content, customer journey, SEO and early digital growth activity.

Keep marketing activity organised, timely and aligned with the wider launch plan.

Ideal Experience

Experience in digital marketing, social media, community, brand activation, events or content.

Strong understanding of Instagram, content trends and how brands build relevance online.

Experience in food, drink, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, retail, FMCG, fashion, beauty or premium consumer brands would be highly desirable.

Good copywriting skills and strong visual taste with photography experience.

Comfortable working with influencers, creators, venues, agencies or suppliers.

Commercially aware, practical and able to move quickly from idea to execution.

Comfortable working in an early-stage business where things move fast and structure is still being built.

Some experience with paid media, website content, SEO, CRM or performance marketing would be helpful.
