The DDT Director plays a pivotal role within Starcom’s Planning department, leading data-driven transformation for our clients.You’ll work consultatively with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities and design data-enabled marketing solutions that accelerate growth.ResponsibilitiesYou will play a key role in shaping the culture and capability of Starcom’s Digital, Data & Technology team while driving marketing effectiveness and growth for our clients. In this role, you will:Contribute to the evolution of the DDT team as an industry-leading data and technology consultancyChampion Starcom’s “Brave Plays” mindset, challenging existing ways of working and encouraging innovationCollaborate across the Publicis network through the Power of One model to unlock the best solutions for clientsInspire planners and clients to adopt new tools, processes and more data-driven approachesDevelop innovative, data-led strategies that accelerate client growthIntegrate brand, performance and commerce strategies across paid, owned and earned channelsEncourage experimentation and a test-and-learn mindsetTranslate complex marketing challenges into clear, actionable strategiesDrive innovation across client work and contribute to new business pitches and strategic initiativesQualificationsWe’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, curiosity and commercial awareness.You’ll Likely BringSenior experience in digital or data-driven marketing, ideally within a media or specialist digital agencyExpertise in data-led marketing strategy and performance planningExperience working with complex customer journeys and understanding how data improves measurement and optimisationKnowledge of broader marketing tools and disciplines such as CRO, CRM, web operations or retail mediaStrong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into compelling storiesExperience collaborating across teams and bridging strategy, planning and activationA proactive mindset and passion for helping clients succeedIf you meet most of the criteria rather than all of them, we still encourage you to apply.Additional InformationStarcom has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees, full details of which are shared when you join.
